Assessments are typically due the first of the month for monthly-billing associations, or the first of the quarter for quarterly-billing associations. A 10-day statutory grace window applies before any late fee posts.
Four methods. Choose one — or stack them.
ACH Auto-Debit
Set once, never think again. Your bank account is debited on the due date for the exact assessment amount. No fee from Paramont, no fee from your bank in most cases. Adjusts automatically if the assessment changes.
Online Portal
One-time or recurring payments by ACH (free) or credit card (2.95% processing fee). Login credentials are mailed with your welcome packet and at the start of each fiscal year. Lost yours? Tap below.
Bank Bill Pay
From your own bank's online bill-pay. Use the lockbox address for your association — listed below by association — and use your unit account number as the reference. Allow 5–7 business days for delivery.
Check or Money Order
Drop off at our office during business hours, or mail to the lockbox above. We discourage cash. Personal checks accepted — please make payable to your specific association, not to Paramont.
Late fees & delinquency.
Florida statute (Chapter 718 for condos, Chapter 720 for HOAs) governs the timeline and amounts of late fees, interest, and collections action. Each association's specific schedule lives in your governing documents — and is also reproduced below in summary:
What if I missed a payment?
It happens. The fastest path back to current:
- Log into the portal to view your current balance including any late fee and interest.
- Pay the full balance shown by ACH (free) — same-day clearance.
- Email office@paramontproperty.com to confirm and to ask about late-fee waiver — first-time slips are often waived at the desk's discretion.
- Enroll in ACH auto-debit. Truly.
